šaperoninska ATPaza (EC 3.6.4.9, šaperonin) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (odvijanje polipeptida).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } ADP + fosfat

Ovi multipodjeninični proteini učestvuju u održvanju nesavijenih polipeptidnih struktura pre savijanja i unosa u mitohondrije i hloroplaste.
