"She Is Suffering" é uma canção da banda britânica de rock Manic Street Preachers, lançada em outubro de 1994 como o terceiro e último single do álbum The Holy Bible, lançado no mesmo ano. A música é uma composição dos quatro integrantes do grupo.

Segundo Richey, a composição é sobre desejo.[1] A música foi inclusa na coletânea Forever Delayed (2002), com seu respectivo clipe.[2]

O single alcançou a 25ª posição nas paradas britânicas.[3]
