Najbardziej znane przeboje Nilssona to „Without You” (1971, przeróbka piosenki grupy Badfinger), „Everybody’s Talkin’” (1969; temat z filmu Nocny kowboj), „Jump into the Fire” i „Coconut” (oba z 1972).
