Heroes of Our Time on ensimmäinen single DragonForcen neljänneltä studioalbumilta Ultra Beatdownilta. Ensimmäisenä se julkaistiin yhtyeen virallisilla MySpace-sivulla 4. heinäkuuta 2008. Biisille tehty musiikkivideo julkaistiin 8, heinäkuuta yhtyeen MySpace-profiilissa. 15. heinäkuuta 2008 single julkaistiin ladattavaksi iTunesissa. 21. elokuuta 2008 se oli ladattavissa Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock -peliin yhtä aikaa Revolution Deathsquad ja Operation Ground and Poundin kanssa.
