Viktor Myasnikov
Soviet hurdler
Viktor Nikolayevich Myasnikov (Russian: Виктор Николаевич Мясников) (born 3 September 1948) is a retired hurdler who represented the USSR. He won two medals at the European Indoor Championships. Myasnikov trained at Dynamo in Minsk.
